The Kolakowski Family invites you to
enjoy beautiful sunsets from the front porch of our
Bed & Breakfast, the only B & B located on Brant
Lake. Many of our 9 guest rooms look out over the lake.
Sunbathe on our expansive lawn rolling down to our sandy
beach and spring-fed lake. Take a swim in our large
protected swimming area. Explore the lake in one of
our rowboats. Sit in our park area and read a book while
listening to a gentle stream flowing toward the lake.
We invite you to enjoy the common areas of our Inn.
Sunset Mt Lodge was originally built in
1860. It operated as a hunting and fishing lodge for
many years. It has been owned and operated under the
same extended family since 1945.

| The Bed & Breakfast has been re-decorated in recent
years. Guests can enjoy a gourmet breakfast in our large
breakfast room looking out over the lake. The menu includes
Fresh Fruit, Baked French Toast, Sausage and Vegetable
Quiche, Fresh Baked Cornbread and Belgian Waffles. Rowboats
and a Canoe are available at no cost. Dock space is available
for a small fee if you have a boat. We have grilles available
for barbecues. There is a play set for children and a
shuffleboard court. We have a large lobby and dinning
room for playing games or reading. |

Location
Sunset Mt Lodge is located on Route 8 exactly 5 miles
from Exit 25 of the Adirondack Northway in the heart
of the eastern Adirondacks. We are approximately 1 hour
from Albany, 45 minutes from Saratoga and 30 minutes
from Lake George. Brant Lake is 6 miles long and 1 mile
wide. Property on the lake is 98% private residences
and open space.

Area Activities
Swimming, fishing, boating, biking, hiking, horseback
riding, sailing, antiquing, white water rafting, tennis,
golf and shopping. Lake George outlets are only 25 minutes
away.

Our 6 Housekeeping Cottages are available
on a full week basis Saturday to Saturday in July and
August. They are available for shorter periods in May,
June and September. Four of the Cottages have two-bedrooms
and two-baths and two of the cottages are 1 bedroom
with one bath. They all have stocked kitchens and cable
TV. All cottages have a lake view. We have a 1-Bedroom
apartment with full kitchen available as well.

Rates
B & B Rates range from $80 to $150/night depending on
date and number in party
B & B rates based on double occupancy. For additional
guests above 2 an additional charge of $15 per night.
Cottage rates range from $400 to $1,200/week depending on
date.
Applicable taxes are not included.
